5. Purchases and Refund Policy

VolumeEdge Course ($297): We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course within 30 days of purchase, email us at volumeedge@polsia.app with your purchase email address and a brief description of your concern. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be declined if:

• More than 30 days have passed since purchase
• The same email address has previously received a refund
• We reasonably determine the refund request is fraudulent

Free Materials: PDF guides and other free content are provided at no charge and are not eligible for any refund consideration.
